& I aim to challenge

With the health industry currently saturating the market with “quick fix” and “cookie cutter” approaches, I aim to take a whole human approach to health. With over 9 years of studying neuroscience, I work with clients to improve their connection between the brain and body, so they can heal their metabolism, rewire their mindset and move pain free.

On a more personal
  note...

my journey into wellness coaching stems from a past career as a collegiate volleyball player as well as prior experiences as a figure competitor. In 2010, I reached a peak level of conditioning, but one that left me questioning whether transforming my body could lead to a sustainable and happy life.

Since then, I've explored how impactful it can be to work with your nervous system and the ability for us to heal ourselves from the inside out.

This dialogue allowed me to replace old narratives that “I was wrong” with curiosity to explore what I needed.

my  philosophy

let's start from the top, and take a look at the brain.

Through collaborative relationships with my students, I develop programs that create subtle lifestyle shifts and interrupt seemingly never-ending searches for new solutions.

Brain based coaching is as much about movement, mobilizing joints, recovery (e.g. stress and sleep) as it is about our emotional relationships to our bodies, including potential barriers to self-acceptance.

Neuroscience will always leave room for the “out of box”, quirky, “I’m not sure if this makes sense”, rare, or “it can’t be just me?” experiences.

on to bluer waters

home is truly where
the heart is.

I’ve recently relocated back home to Honolulu, Hawaii after residing in California for the past 17 years so my lovable and energetic 9 year old Labrador, Nala could retire by the ocean with sand between her toes.

And if you ask her, moving to Hawaii with the beach as the backyard has been, the best decision ever.
